[T3W5 HBL Task] Let's look around us! Line and Rotational Symmetries

The same post is available in the Google Classroom

TASK (A)
Read up TEXTBOOK 1B p132 to p133 to learn about LINE symmetry and ROTATIONAL symmetry.

Complete page 15 and page 16 of the Study Notes on your own first.
Use the online resource to help you determine the order of rotation of each of the figures.
We'll discuss this in class.

TASK (B) Symmetries in Origami
Create a bookmark or origami object using a square sheet of paper.

Observe how the square transforms as you fold it — from square to triangles and beyond.
Then, examine your final product and answer:

(2) The Order of Rotational Symmetry

Instructions:
Upload your image of the object.
Examine it carefully and state (1) Number of lines of symmetry (2) Order of rotational symmetry

[Important] When submitting your image on the map, do not use your home address. Use a public location nearby (e.g. shopping mall, park)
